IMPORTANT: 2016 Tax Forms
2018 Federal Tax Forms: The library has not received tax forms and instructions. You can find electronic tax forms you can print immediately on IRS.gov.
2018 State Tax Forms: We will not be receiving paper copies of NJ state tax forms. However, they are available for printing on the NJ Division of Taxation website

AARP TAX APPOINTMENTS
At the Mullica Hill location of the Gloucester County Library System, the AARP volunteers are available by appointment on Mondays starting in February 2nd until April 13th for basic tax preparation. To make an appointment to have your taxes done, please contact Pat McCall at 856-223-6033.

Getting Tax Forms Mailed to Your Home
To obtain NJ Tax Forms:
Customers can call 609-826-4400 or 1-800-323-4400. To request forms and publications by mail, press menu option #4 then menu option #1
To obtain Federal Tax Forms:
Customers can call 1-800-829-3676. Selected forms and instructions will be mailed to residence.

HealthCare.gov Tax Tools
A new tax tool that can be used to determine the premium for a tax filer’s second lowest cost Silver plan (SLCSP) will be made available during January 2016. The information this tool produces may be needed to complete Form 8962, Premium Tax Credit (PTC).
The same tool may be used to determine eligibility for the 2015 affordability health coverage exemption. The tool will provide 2015 premiums for both the lowest cost Bronze plan and the second lowest cost Silver plan. This information can be used to complete Form 8965, Health Coverage Exemptions.
